A) Delivery policy
- When will my order be delivered?
We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order.
- Are there any additional shipping charges?
Currently there are no additional shipping charges.
B) Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days from delivery subject to the following Quality Control(QC) terms and conditions being met.
1. Product should be unused
2. All original tags should not be removed from the garment
3. The original invoice should be returned along with the product
4. Product should be received by us in sealed condition
We will issue store credit or bank transfer equivalent to the selling price of the product after the product pass the QC.
It's a simple 2 step process:
- Please write to us chimpaaanzeecare@gmail.com from your registered email ID alongwith with your order ID & registered phone number so that our customer service team may assist you.
- In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on chimpaaanzeecare@gmail.com.
In case you have opted for Chimpaaanzee.com to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
- If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
- In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update customer care by sending an email with the tracking info on chimpaaanzeecare@gmail.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
- The shipping charge is refundable.

How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 15 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you have paid with COD option then refund will be done in the form of store credit. It will take 3-4 working days to process your refund once the returned product has been received back and approved by our quality check team.
